“Your sensitivity and understanding of what we wanted was so intuitive and the service was truly a celebration of an amazing life. We could not be happier. Because you spoke so warmly of our son Paul, many people assumed you must have been a family friend or relative.

Being able to leave the creation of the video and booklet in your hands simplified the whole process as well as enabling it all to have a sense of continuity.

The words “thank you” just don’t seem enough but be happy in the knowledge that you made our saddest day so beautiful.”

“Thank you for all that you did for us and for our Mum. You made a very difficult time easier for us. The service was really lovely and respectful and had the right amount of humour to put a smile on peoples faces on such a sad day. There’s nothing we would’ve changed. We know she would’ve loved it.

The tribute video was perfect. I lost count of the number of people who told me they loved it and said how good it was. We had a big TV screen in the function room at the Greenwood and played it on repeat all afternoon. Again, I can’t thank you enough for taking the time to add those extra 5 photos. It really was the perfect showcase of her life.

I also wanted to mention that you giving Kez a teabag and taking a moment was a lovely touch. When we look back on the day we do so knowing that we gave her a beautiful, fitting day and that we wouldn’t change any part of it, so thank you.”
